What Full Service Packing and Unpacking Includes
The unpacking half is the part people rarely budget for and appreciate most. It turns a new property into a working home on day one rather than week three.
The service covers:
- Full packing of your current home, with all material supplied
- Room by room labelling so boxes land where they belong
- Unpacking at the new property, box by box
- Kitchen items washed where needed and placed into cupboards

- All boxes, wrap, and packing waste removed the same day
You decide how far it goes. Some people want everything put away exactly where it belongs, others just want boxes emptied onto surfaces so they can arrange things themselves. Both are fine, and we will ask before we start.
How the Two Days Run
Usually packing on one day, moving and unpacking on the next.
- Day one, packing. We pack and label the whole property.
- Day two, moving. Loading, driving, and unloading into the correct rooms.
- Day two, unpacking. Boxes emptied, furniture rebuilt, kitchen and wardrobes set up.
- Clear out. Every carton and offcut of wrap leaves with our truck.

How much does packing and unpacking cost in Dubai?
As an add on to a move, expect roughly AED 700 to 1,200 for a one bedroom and more for villas, depending on volume. It is quoted as one figure with the move so you see a single total.
Do you put everything away in cupboards?
We can, and most people want that in the kitchen and wardrobes. If you would rather place things yourself, we simply empty the boxes onto surfaces and clear the waste.
Do you take the empty boxes away?
Yes, same day. That is a big part of why people book this service.
Can I have packing only, without unpacking?
Of course. See our packing service if you only want the first half.
Will you make the beds?
Yes, beds are reassembled and made up as part of the unpacking, so your first night needs no effort.
Is it done in one day or two?
Usually two. Packing the day before keeps moving day short and means unpacking can finish the same afternoon.
Do you wash kitchen items before putting them away?
We wipe and rinse where it is needed, particularly after storage. Tell us in advance if you want that included.
